Hairballs, Dustups and Victorian Movies
LuLu LuLu, our cat, is trying to cope with the hot weather. For some reason, she is throwing a lot of hairballs this week, even thought she had a hair cut last week. Taking Care of Yourself We got my husband, Alan, a GPS system for Fathers Day. We are hoping that the system will make life easier for both of us. Products we like I really enjoy baking. We are watching our intake of white flour and sugar so we are increasing our intake of whole grains. We have found that the Hodgson Mill baking mixes and flours are great to cook with. They are high in whole grains, low in fat and sugar and moderate in sodium. The other product that we like are the Zatarian’s New Orleans Reduced Sodium mixes. We have tried the Red Beans and Rice and the Dirty Rice mixes and which were tasty,
